Delivery Policy

At Amish.lk, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently. Please read our delivery guidelines to understand how your package is handled and dispatched.

1. Delivery Timeframe & Rates

  • Standard Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery Rate: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 350 for all regions across the country.

2. Order Dispatch Schedule

  • Monday – Friday: Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched within the same day.

  • Weekends & Public Holidays: Orders placed during these times will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

  • Bank Transfers: For manual bank transfers, orders will only be processed and dispatched once the payment is successfully received and verified.

  • Peak Periods: Please note that during seasonal peaks or verification delays, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Courier Services & Methods

We partner with reliable services to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • Island-wide: We primarily use TransExpress for standard deliveries.

  • Colombo Areas: Customers within Colombo can request Pickme Flash for faster delivery. These orders are dispatched based on the customer’s convenience and courier availability.

4. Address Modifications

To maintain security and speed of delivery, address modifications are not permissible once an order has been placed. This applies to both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online paid orders. Please ensure your details are 100% accurate at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking email will be sent to the address provided.
