Refund and Returns Policy

At Amish.lk, we strive to maintain the highest standards of product quality. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below. Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1. General Return Policy

We maintain a No Return and No Exchange policy for the following instances:

  • The customer is unhappy with the product after purchase.

  • The customer had minimal knowledge or misunderstood the product specifications prior to purchase.

  • Change of heart or personal preference.

Returns or exchanges will only be initiated if the error or issue originated from our end (e.g., incorrect item sent or a manufacturing defect identified upon arrival).

2. Return Procedure & Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized by our team:

  • The customer is responsible for returning the package via their preferred courier service.

  • All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. Amish.lk will not reimburse delivery or courier charges for returned items.

3. Inspection and Quality Control

Upon receipt of the returned package, our team will perform a thorough inspection.

  • Refund Eligibility: A refund or exchange will only be processed if the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Customer Damage: If the product shows any signs of damage, wear, or defects caused by the customer’s handling, the return will be rejected, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Options

Once the return is approved following inspection, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Product Refund: We will refund the cost of the product only. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchange: Customers may select an alternative product of the same value as the original purchase.
